1. Services Offered
We provide diagnostic and repair services for gaming consoles, specializing in HDMI port replacements and related hardware issues. All services are performed by trained technicians.
2. Walk-In Policy
We offer same-day walk-in service on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive for same-day turnaround, repair times may vary depending on the issue and parts availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
We pride ourselves on offering the lowest prices in Wilkes-Barre. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
4. Warranty
Repairs come with a [30/60/90]-day limited warranty covering parts and labor for the specific issue repaired. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution, The Repair Store is not liable for data loss, additional damage, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions. Customers are encouraged to back up their data before service.
6. Abandoned Devices
Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may be considered abandoned and subject to disposal or resale to recover service costs.
7. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
